Refund Policy:

• Before Design Completion: If you wish to cancel your order before the design is completed, we will promptly process your refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• After Design Completion: Once a design is completed and submitted for your approval, refunds are no longer possible. However, to ensure 100% satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions at no extra cost. We will work closely with you to refine the design until it meets your expectations.

Dispute Resolution:

• Communication: We are committed to maintaining open communication with our customers throughout the design process. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your order, please contact us immediately at info@artfodra.com.

• Resolution Process: Upon receiving your concern, we will work diligently to address the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve the dispute, further steps may be discussed, including third-party mediation.
