3. Choose Your Delivery Type

Our physical delivery options include canvas and poster paper, and you can select your desired product dimensions in this section.

4. Upload Photos

Under the "Upload a Photo" section, click the "Choose Photos" button to upload the photos to be used in the design. Please only upload the photos you want to be used in the design and avoid uploading alternative photos (e.g., multiple photos of the same person). If we determine that any of the photos are unsuitable for the design, we will contact you promptly, so no worries.

Upload Photos

5. Provide Descriptions

Once your photos are uploaded, text fields will appear for you to provide descriptions. Here, you can specify which individuals in the uploaded photos should be included in the design (e.g., if you uploaded a group photo and only some people should be included) and share any specific requests or suggestions regarding the design (e.g., arrangement, layout, angel wings, halo, etc.). Providing these details will help us complete the design quickly and meet your expectations.

Photo Restoration

We offer services such as restoration, colorization, and enhancement using high-end equipment and professional staff. Even if your photos are old, damaged, faded, black-and-white, or somewhat pixelated, we can still work on them.

Choosing High-Quality Photos

However, please remember that the quality of the photos you send directly affects the quality of the design we create for you. Selecting the highest quality photos you can will ensure a smooth design process and a beautiful final result.

High-Quality Photos

Example

If you have an old, worn physical photo, rather than simply taking a picture of it with a phone camera, remove it from its frame and scan it using a scanner or a mobile app like Google’s PhotoScan. Sending us the scanned photo will be better for the design process.

Pose and Framing Considerations

Ideally, choose photos where the upper body (waist up) is included, and facial features are clearly visible. Avoid using selfies unless they are the only photos you have of the person, as they can be difficult to work with in a composition.

Cropped Photos

For portraits, we focus on facial features, so photos with only the head and shoulders visible are acceptable.

Excessively Pixelated or Damaged Photos

Photos where facial features are extremely unclear are not suitable for the design. However, if you still wish to include these individuals in the design for representation purposes, we can create a realistic drawing based on the light and shadows in the photo. Note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of facial features in such cases, and there may be a small fee for this service.
