General Questions
Are all your artworks made digitally? +

Yes, currently, all of our artworks are created digitally. We employ various techniques to achieve different styles and textures, ranging from realistic hand-drawn pieces to vibrant abstract backgrounds. Utilizing digital tools enables us to quickly experiment with different ideas to find the perfect composition, offering endless opportunities for creative exploration and discovery. However, we will soon be accepting orders for original custom oil painting portraits. If you are interested in an original oil painting, please contact us to learn more about the details.

Can you work with grainy/cropped/damaged photos? +

We prefer if you could send us the best quality photos available. However, if you only have grainy, cropped, black and white, or damaged old photos, we can still create a masterpiece from them, as our services include photo restoration, colorization, and enhancement. If the photo is in very poor condition, it may affect the natural look of the design or the consistency of the individuals depicted. Therefore, we recommend sending us your highest resolution photos.

What sizes can I print my files in for digital delivery orders? +

The files we provide will be in 20" x 16" size by default, with a resolution of 300 dpi. This 300 dpi resolution allows you to print at larger or much smaller sizes while maintaining the 5:4 ratio. If you need designs in different ratios or sizes, you can specify them in the order description section when placing your order.

How long does it take? +

Typically, digital file orders are completed within 2 to 3 business days. For prints, it takes an additional 5 to 10 days for production and delivery.

I'm not sure how many people to select when placing my order? +

When placing your order, simply choose the total number of people you want to appear in the design.

Do pets count as a person? +

Yes, pets are counted as a person😊. We show the same attention to detail in their portraits as we do in human portraits.

Didn't receive a response to my email? +

If you haven't received an email with the drawing from our customer support team within 7 days, please check your spam folder. If the email is not there, please contact support with your order number so we can provide you with an update on your order status.

What if I don't like the artwork? +

We are committed to providing only 5-star experiences, so we will make as many changes as needed. With our 20 years of experience and expertise in the artistic field, we guarantee your satisfaction.

Can you work from more than one photo? +

Yes. When placing your order, please remember to specify which individuals in the photos you send should be used in the design.

What if I want a drawing with more than 10 people? +

Simply reach out to our support team through the contact section, and we will create a custom order for you. Once everything is ready, you will be notified via your registered email.

Can I change my order or the photos I sent? +

Yes, but please make sure to reach out to us via email right away. If we haven’t started working on your portrait yet, we’ll happily make the changes for free. However, if the work is already in progress, a small fee may apply. Additionally, if there are extra photos exceeding the number of people in your order, there will be an additional charge for those as well.

What if I want my portrait in custom dimensions? +

No worries, simply send an email to our support team or reach out to us through the contact button at the bottom right, and we will create a custom order for you with your specified print/digital file dimensions.

Can you modify or remove something from a photo? +

Of course! To save time, please inform us of all the changes you wish to make before placing your order. When uploading your photo on the product page, please provide detailed descriptions of your requests in the available comment sections. Providing us with thorough instructions and explanations will help prevent unnecessary revisions and save time.

Will I be able to see a preview before printing? +

Of course. Once we have completed the design, we will send a low-resolution preview to your registered email for approval. If you have any changes you would like us to make at this stage, we will make the revisions. Or, if you approve the design, we will proceed to finalize it and complete your order.

Do you offer refunds? +

Yes, if we haven't started creating your design yet or if the photos and requests you provided aren't suitable for creating a design, we will notify you and process your refund. If the design is completed, please review our refund policy in detail, considering that your order is a custom one.

Shipping
Do you ship worldwide? +

Yes, we have printing facilities globally, allowing us to offer free worldwide shipping with excellent delivery times. You can check the shipping times here: Shipping & Delivery. Please note that there might be high shipping volumes during special occasions, so consider placing your orders early.

What are the shipping times and costs? +

Shipping is free. More details about shipping times can be found here: Shipping & Delivery. Please keep in mind that there can be delays during special occasions due to high volumes. To avoid this, you might want to place your order promptly.

I ordered multiple products in one order. Will they arrive together? +

If you have ordered products from different categories, there's a high likelihood that they will be shipped in separate parcels.

Will I get a tracking number? +

Yes, all our orders come with a tracking number.

How can I track my order status? +

Why isn't my tracking number working? +

There may be technical issues with the shipping company, but don't worry. Just email us, and we'll resolve the issue and provide you with your order's status.

What is the queue jump prioritized order option? +

This is our premium option. Selecting queue jump ensures that your order is prioritized by our artists, so it gets finished as quickly as possible. This is ideal during busy seasons or holidays.

Why was my order returned to the sender? +

There could be several reasons for this: There was no one home to sign for the parcel. The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete. Missing apartment numbers are a common issue. If you live in an apartment, make sure to include this in the address. But don’t worry, once we receive it back, we’ll ship it out again free of charge, ensuring you receive your order!

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?+

We typically respond within 12-24 hours. In some cases, it might take longer, or your messages might not reach us. If this happens, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
